Support of internal/external customer demands on technical/commercial offers for Grid Automation PL (Commercial Function)

Job Description

Job Function: Tendering/Bidding Internship

Business Segment: Electrification Systems/Grid Solutions/Grid Automation Latin America

Location(s): CDMX/Mexico (remote/hybrid)

Essential Responsibilities:

·  Develop technical solutions for Protection and Control Systems of HV Substations, writing tech proposals, designing system architectures and networking according to the specs provided by customers and local regulators (CFE, ETESA, ETED, etc)
·  Support on Sourcing of materials and services used in the cost spreadsheet of P&C (Protection & Control) projects for internal/external customers
·  Support Sales team on small value offers within the Region DoA (Delegation of Authority)
·  Support on data quality of CRM SalesForce (Speak4GE)
·  Creation and follow-up of Tendering reports and its KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
·  Participation in the process of continuous improvement and maturity of ITO processes (PreSales+Commercial)

Requirements:

·  Electrical Engineering  graduating (2 year to finish to finish engineering school)
·  Fluency and good communication (written/oral)
·  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
