Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Providing technical support to customers: This includes answering questions about products, troubleshooting problems, and providing recommendations for solutions.       
·  Receive, record, analyze customer repair and technical support requests using the software tool provided
·  Work closely with factories, repair centers, operations, logistics, customers to achieve shortest possible request closing time maintain legal and commercial agreements and achieve customer satisfaction
·  Working with customers to understand their installed base data, advise for upgrade, repair and other technical recommendations.  
·  Working with factories and repair centers to facilitate recommendations and solutions implementation at customer sites.                                                                                                                  
·  Writing technical documentation: This includes test reports, repair reports, findings solutions, and technical reports.

Required qualifications

·  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering
·  Electrical Safety: This includes knowledge of electrical safety standards, and how to work safely with electrical equipment.                                          
·  Arabic & English proficiency

Desired Characteristics

·  Power system theory based on the fundamental principles of electrical engineering, such as voltage, current, resistance, power, symmetrical components, etc. and Power system components: the main components include Generators, Transmission lines, Distribution lines, Substations, transformers, Loads, and protective devices.      
·  Ability to handle and deal with different level of customers beginners to experts maintaining same respect and demonstrate correct standards and theories                                                                                               
·  Network analysis which is the process of analyzing the behavior of power system under different conditions.                                                                                                 
·   Power system protection: this includes designing and installing protective devices to protect the power system from faults.                                                  
·  Substation Automation is the process of using digital technology to control an monitor substations.                                                                                             
·  Negotiation skills
·  Presentation & Communication skills
