Role Summary/Purpose

The role will focus on supporting the clinical training and use of GE MRI systems in Thailand. He/she will work individually at an account and as part of a One GE Healthcare team and is responsible for providing technical and clinical support as well as customer training during pre & post sales activities. Also to drive proactive customer engagement as part of the post-sales process and better coordinate and manage the experience for our customers throughout the life cycle of their GE products.
Essential Responsibilities

• Provide MRI application support to focus on our customers in Thailand, both new and installed base systems, including product training and protocol optimization to meet customer needs and ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Lead and support the applications needs external to customers and internally in the team to further expand clinical expertise.
• Provide Sales support and training related to product and clinical applications, and also provide pre-sales support for the MRI modality to the product specialists and country teams.
• Develop and maintain good long term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction and maintain customer profiles, including key decision makers.
• Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow up.
• Support the Product Specialists in the MRI modality for the quote tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with territory sales manager.
• Communicate customer situation and dynamics to/from the field.
• Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads.
• Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes
Qualifications/Requirements

• Clinical Radiographer background with experience in MRI, 3+ years experience minimum.
• MR Application experience of MRI equipment, both 1.5T and 3T, preferably in GE MRI systems, but other MRI system experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of MRI clinical users at hospitals in Thailand
• Strong Interpersonal skills and working as part of a dynamic team.
• Strong communication skills, Verbal and Written.
• Fluent English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide to attend meetings and tradeshows etc.
