Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for FLOW & Project delivery and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure risks are identified and managed across the FLOW & Project scopes of work by controlling the overall project risk and opportunity review and reporting process;
• Liase with Operations Manager to determine risk associated with execution and cost;
• Liase with Account Managers RE: Customer communication;
• Responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, and will manage complex issues within area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy;
• Create, maintain and communicate project schedules and deliverables;
• Gather and analyze information to prepare status reports including shortfalls and remedies– customer reports;
• Interface with all levels of management and key personnel in manufacturing, engineering, quality and project management to maintain an overall manufacturing and engineering plan as well as master integrated company schedule;
• Arrange ITO/OTR hand-off meeting with relevant parties to initiate planning of the project, conduct contract review and assign actions for necessary tasks. Record of meeting, contract review and actions to me maintained by OTR within the relevant Sales Order file;
• Follow up actions assigned in the hand-off meeting to ensure completion in a timely manner;
• Confer with Account Manager, ITO, PIC, Engineering, Quality and Operations to ensure customer requirements can be met (if required);
• Ensure all variations from the quote and/or contract are conveyed to the customer through appropriate channel. Account Manager to convey critical/technical variations. OTR to convey minor variations such as promise date changes;
• Coordinate any customer witness or inspection testing to be performed during project execution with relevant parties (ie. Quality, operations etc.). Account Manager shall organize with customer in terms of inspection and certifications required by the contract;
• Monitor delivery and report on OTD status;
• Coordinate invoicing activity and liase with Operations Manager for QMI reporting.
Qualifications/Requirements

I. Qualifications
• Completion of Year 12;
II. Experience
• One to five years’ relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
III. Technical Knowledge/Skill set
• Strong understanding of project management;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills;
• Sound computer skills (incl. Microsoft Office Suite);
• Sound understanding of API Q1 & API 6A specifications;
• Compliance and HSE focused.
