As part of the HVDC Global Supply Chain team, the MPS Co-Ordinator will be responsible for Creation and Management of all Sales Orders up to and including Trading, this includes planning in SAP aligned with the top-level schedule and Production Order release, in line with Unit Purchase order requirements and manufacturing capacity planning.
In this role you will be involved in continuous improvement and further process development to meet business needs across the organisation.
Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
· Management of the creation and release of production order on SAP and LMS.
· Lead weekly MPS and follow up on any risks identified.
· Lead the weekly form 3 meeting and follow up on the risks and support on solutions.
· Run daily shortage reports and inform the MRP team of any possible issues with shortages.
· Review the various SAP report to ensure raw materials have backflushed correctly.
· Interrogate SAP for any anomalies on production orders.
· Update SAP plan from the S&OP high level plan.
· Creation and amendment of sales orders from receipt of purchase orders.
· Trading/Invoicing manufactured valve Modules.
· Review SAP stock and align with customer order to trade.
· Raise ERN’ s to deliver sales order.
· Supporting the manufacturing team on any production order queries.
· Lead QRDM meeting on production order release issues.
· Re-Read production orders when top level BOM’s have been changed.
· Raise SNOW tickets to the SAP team for SAP issues.
· Run the daily COGI and ZPP reports on SAP and arrange corrections.
· Support and development of the team.
· Manage invoice queries on PACMAN.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
· Significant process oriented individual having ability to analyse and make improvements.
· Microsoft Office experience.
· SAP Experience.
· Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills, customer focused, enthusiastic.
· Ability to work effectively across functions, prior experience of developing and leading a team or significant multidisciplinary project.
Desired Experience:
· Demonstrated strategic awareness combined with tactical implementation capability.
· Advanced analytical skills with ability to identify and explain critical issues.
