Role Summary/Purpose
The Margin Review Process Leader will be partnering with the Customer Margin Review (CMR) leaders and service teams to support modelling and analytics around contract profitability. You will be responsible for maintaining the material models, parts list, & cost data for long term service agreements. Track & prioritize the CMR process to keep the teams on track and provide real-time feedback to the stakeholders to adhere to the CMR schedule.

The Margin Review Process Leader is responsible for:
• Lead the CMR (Contract Margin Review) process execution tracking for the CMR to ensure stakeholder engagement and on-time delivery of actions
• Develop and maintain a detailed CMR schedule considering availability of internal resources, critical path items, and business requirements
• Coordinate and lead a cross functional team to meet and manage rigorous timelines
• Identify opportunities to reduce CMR cycle time & improve CMR analytics through technology & work with extended team to implement
• Communicate and report CMR status and metrics to (Global Services Organization) GSO leadership team on a weekly and quarterly basis
• Maintain material models to ensure the team has the most up-to-date and accurate frequency and productivity analytics, enabling GSO to meet or exceed material cost reduction targets
• Support key business planning cycles such as Blueprint

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract / technical program execution, operations, or financial analysis
