Role Summary/Purpose
The Manufacturing Process Operator is responsible for Operate grinding/polishing/deburr machines/tools, pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, paint equipment, material-moving equipment (forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, etc.), and related shop equipment/tools.
Essential Responsibilities
As the Manufacturing Process Operator you will:
· Operate a variety of production equipment and tooling
· Will have ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and productivity in position of responsibilities
· Must be a flexible team player and participate with problem solving and continuous improvements
· Perform other assigned duties as required
Qualifications/Requirements
· High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
· Minimum of 1 year of mechanical/electrical experience in a manufacturing environment using electrical, pneumatic, and manual hand tools
