Roles and Responsibilities

• Executes production according to the Work Instructions/Production Planning
• Has knowledge of best practices and how their own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
• Use judgement to create solutions outside the standard, based on their technical expertise and analytical thinking. Review and consider alignment with Sr Management expectations and requirements
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead projects to improve flow / communication between departments with a lean mindset.
• Advise of potential capacity risk and coordinate solutions with other departments
• For tasks that require face-to-face contact with the customer (especially tasks that require accompanying customer acceptance tests), must have communication skills that will ensure good interaction between the customer and GE
• Ability to organize & prioritize to meet the specifications and deadlines
• Manage and set-up daily KPI following S-Q-C-D
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate non-conformities, and deliver excellent customer service
• Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization
• Challenge, analyze, listen and express organizational needs

Required Qualifications

• This role requires basic experience in the Manufacturing & Production. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields, particularly Mechanical, Industry, Material and Mechatronics Engineering or relevant
• At least 2 years of Manufacturing experience in relevant position (preferably in Mechanical Manufacturing facilities)
• Preferably able to analyze technical drawings & able to use AutoCAD program
• Advanced level of English (Part of the interview will be held in English)
• Completed military service for male applicants
