Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·  Organize and Lead:  Direct and manage  (coordinate) the maintenance team during breakdowns and preventative maintenance activities. Candidates must possess strong leadership and managerial skills, while understanding that this position is a coordinator role and does not involve supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
·  Procedure Development:  Create and implement work procedures for equipment interventions and operations.
·  Maintenance Fulfillment:  Ensure all required maintenance tasks are completed as planned.
·  Preventative Maintenance:  Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule based on equipment manuals, statistical data, and other available information.
·  Data Records:  Build and maintain data records relevant to maintenance, including planning of preventative maintenance, purchasing spare parts, etc.
·  Equipment Maintenance:  Ensure maintenance and repair of equipment in accordance with technical manuals and instructions.
·  Spare Parts Inventory:  Develop and manage the spare parts inventory based on needs and available data.
·  Record Keeping:  Maintain records according to internal procedures for each piece of equipment (quality, maintenance systems, etc.).
·  Supplier Coordination:  Contact suppliers to schedule work, order spare parts, or address any other identified needs.
·  Contractor Management:  Monitor and control activities of contracted maintenance services for equipment and facilities; organize contractor interventions and participate in technical discussions to resolve disputes.
·  Reporting:  Report to direct supervisor on issues related to installation, usage, maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
·  Lean/Improvement Projects:  Lead and participate in lean and improvement projects.
·  Equipment Installation:  Actively participate in equipment installations, including commissioning, organizing necessary utilities, and integrating equipment into the maintenance system.
·  Facility Management:  Organize work to ensure the proper functioning and utilization of buildings, maintaining assets in good condition.

Qualifications:

·  Proven experience in maintenance and coordinating roles.
·  Strong organizational and leadership skills.
·  Ability to develop and implement procedures and schedules.
·  Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
·  Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
