Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage, coordinate, and perform on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of Steam Turbine systems.
· Diagnose and repair equipment; provide technical guidance to customers and ensure successful aftermarket upgrades.
· Site Supervision: Oversee third-party critical tasks, perform installation walk-downs, and ensure contractor compliance.
· Quality & Safety: Enforce GE safety standards and drive customer satisfaction through high-quality work and technical sign-offs.
· Administrative Management: Maintain timely documentation, including technical reports, job status updates, expense reports, and material logistics.
· Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor team members to share product and field engineering knowledge.
· Operational Flexibility: Support project requirements through extensive travel, overtime, and work on weekends/holidays as necessary.
· Organizational Alignment: Support core values and vision through proactive task management.
Qualifications
· Technical/University degree or qualifying experience OR a High School Diploma / GED with experience in a Field Services role or equivalent qualifications.
· Experience in a field services or power generation equipment maintenance position
· SEP certificate for group 2 - operations.
· Solid understanding of Steam Turbine Operation and Controlling Parameters.
· Strong technical competence in basing steam turbines and auxiliaries services operations like: alignment, balancing, assessment, etc.
· Valid driver’s license.
· English proficiency required.
· Ability and willingness to travel in Poland and internationally (80%+).
