Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

Roles and Responsibilities

· 
Drives contract management to ensure the fulfillment of the company’s contractual obligation and safeguards the company’s rights.  

· 
Provide support to cross-functional teams on contractual and commercial matters, including the development of strategies and directly supports negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers in alignment with Hydro business objectives.

· 
Drafts, prepare and negotiate claims, amendments, and settlement agreements effectively.

· 
Ensure timely submission of notices, variation order and claims in accordance with contractual statements.

· 
Drives risk management and insurance management.

Required Qualifications

· 
Bacherlors Degree in Law, Business Administration or Engineering

· 
Contract Management experience in the energy sector - products and services;

· 
Proficiency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus;

· 
Great stakeholder management skills;

· 
Strong communication and organizational skills.
