Roles and Responsibilities

·  Lead and support your team:  Oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees, primarily hourly team members, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.
·  Prioritize safety:  Foster a culture of safety by ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and practices, creating a secure and reliable work environment.
·  Grow your expertise:  Develop a deep understanding of technical processes and disciplines, leveraging your prior experience and technical knowledge to implement policies and strategies effectively.
·  Drive business impact:  Use your understanding of key business drivers to accomplish tasks and ensure your team’s work aligns seamlessly with other teams, contributing to the overall success of the area.
·  Solve problems with confidence:  Apply your judgment and problem-solving skills to propose solutions, even outside of established parameters, while working collaboratively and with guidance when needed.

Required Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing).
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing.

·  Lean manufacturing knowledge:  Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, including leading and actively participating in lean events to drive continuous improvement.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
