·  Partner with the  Central Readiness team  to learn, implement, and continuously improve the readiness process for your assigned commodities and internal/external suppliers
·  Build  commodity-specific capacity models  across the value chain (e.g., key process steps, suppliers, and operations) to quantify where constraints exist
·  Use data and capacity models to  visualize constraints , understand root causes, and prioritize improvement actions

Constraint Management & Action Plans

·  Conduct  on-site visits  and use other verification methods (e.g., data reviews, Gemba walks) to confirm that improvements are real and sustainable, especially for material receipts and capacity increases

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

·  Engage with  commodity leadership and key stakeholders  on a regular cadence (meetings, reviews, updates) to report readiness status and drive decisions
·  Work directly with  Supplier Teams and suppliers  to build capacity, improve readiness, and maintain alignment on plans and expectations
·  Support the  PF S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process  by providing realistic input on supplier and source constraints
·  Communicate  source constraints and capacity changes  to be incorporated into S&OP rhythms so the business can respond appropriately to demand changes

Standards, Metrics, and Daily Management

·  Develop  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)  for readiness, such as capacity vs. demand, on-time delivery, lead time, and action plan closure
·  Create and document  standard work  for readiness processes within your commodity so the approach is repeatable and sustainable
·  Support  daily management processes  for your commodity, including tiered meetings, visual management, and follow-up on critical issues

Program Support & Continuous Improvement

·  Join the  central readiness team  as needed to support engine program readiness assessments and customer commitments around supply chain capability
·  Interpret  internal and external business challenges , including industry trends, demand shifts, and supplier dynamics, and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, and services
·  Prepare and  present business or technical solutions  to leaders, clearly articulating risks, trade-offs, and recommendations
·  Communicate complex messages and  negotiate with internal and external stakeholders  to influence decisions and align on a path forward

Required Qualifications

·  Minimum 3 years of experience  in  Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management
·  Willingness and ability to  travel 15–20% , with potential surges up to  50%  during critical periods (e.g., major readiness efforts or supplier recovery)

Desired Characteristics

·  Experience with composites  or composite manufacturing is a plus
·  Humble : respectful, receptive to feedback, agile, and eager to learn
·  Transparent : shares critical information, speaks with candor, and contributes constructively
·  Focused : quick learner, able to prioritize strategically, and committed to delivering results
·  Leadership ability : strong communicator, collaborative, and comfortable making decisions and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
