Job Description

Responsibilities:

·  Conduct shopfloor layout measurements to optimize space and efficiency.
·  Perform cycle time measurements to identify areas for process improvement.
·  Analyse data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
·  Basic knowledge of CNC machining and AutoCAD design
·  Fluent in Romanian and communicative in English as a plus
·  Quick learner and a strong curiosity for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
