Job Description Summary
You will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for the Avio Aero Income Statement. You will Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. You will translate business challenges into operational KPIs and will stay informed of industry trends that may influence work.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for analyzing financial KPIs to drive growth and profitability for the business.
·
Leads the long-term planning process for the income statement as well as short-term forecasts, developing a deep understanding of the Avio Aero segment dynamics.
·
Oversees the quarterly estimate process with the CEO, CFO, and the Avio Aero Leadership Team, and supervises the closing process and related analysis.
·
Enhances the finance team’s ability to achieve quality and timeliness in meeting various HQ objectives. Responsible for ad hoc analyses as required by the FP&A leader, CEO, or CFO, supporting decision-making on critical matters.
·
Responsible for consolidating the Avio Aero segments to provide a comprehensive view of income statement financials and relevant KPIs.
·
Prepares and consolidates profit analyses for Avio Aero during quarterly reviews.
·
Manages SG&A (sales, general, and administrative) expenses for Avio Aero.
·
Oversees FX (USD/Euro) dynamics and coordinates with the Treasury HQ team.
·
May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Qualifications/Requirements
·
Master's degree in Economics from an accredited university or college.
·
Significant experience in the Finance & Income Statement.
·
Fluent in Italian and English.
·
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
