Job Description Summary

Junior Engineer will be responsible for Cabinet assembly , Cabinet wiring and assemble electrical devices while they are supposed to maintain the health of tools & machinery. Candidate may also perform tests on electrical items, such as Cabinets and sub assemblies.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

· 
Responsible for managing production no’s in Assembly, testing and subassembly of control cabinets.

· 
Responsible to deliver product with first pass yield of : 95% or more.

· 
Implement 1 Kaizen in safety, quality or productivity per month, also must comply to all EHS requirements & actively support EHS programs in the plant.

· 
Should be actively involved in self managed teams (HPT)

· 
Working with warehouse team for timely supply of materials

· 
Ability to read blueprints, BOM, Connection diagrams and specifications

· 
Ability to learn and work on various digital tools like MES, Pro-label

· 
Manage consumable requirement for production. Work on the cost reduction projects of consumables.

· 
Handling customer complaints involving supply and delivery

· 
Maintain tools & machine health

· 
Identify and coordinate notice, input and resolution production challenges
 

Qualification:

· 
First Class Diploma in Mechanical / Production/Electrical Engineering,

· 
2 Years of Experience in Engineering industry – with firsthand experience of  Control  Cabinet assembly, Cabinet wiring, trouble shooting

The Ideal Candidate:

· 
Experience in Cabinet assembly, Wiring and trouble shooting

Preferred Qualifications:

· 
Familiarity with problem-solving, lean and quality tools and methodologies for control cabinet assembly
