Role Overview:

To assist with tooling maintenance and to update preventative maintenance records to ensure smooth operations.
·
Supporting production activities by ensuring minimum response times on tooling breakdowns and achieving tooling availability targets.
·
To participate and contribute actively in continuous improvement activities.
·
To provide support on the reporting analysis on the service, repair and preventative maintenance of all tooling.
·
To perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
·
Assisting Technician in carrying out tooling monitoring/reporting/others.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is an undergrad who can commit to a 12 to 24 Weeks internship. Must be passionate about tooling management, calibration equipment control and supporting inbound/outbound engine activities as required.
Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

Basic understanding of mechanical principles and workshop tools.
·
Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
·
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
·
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
·
Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
·
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
·
Ability to perform light to moderate physical tasks, including lifting and carrying tools.
