Job Description
Key Contributions as an HR Intern
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR leaders and key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide support in identifying solutions to workforce challenges.
· Workforce Analytics: Assist in analyzing workforce data and trends to support planning and decision-making processes.
· HR Systems Familiarity: Gain exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday) and contribute to data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
· Process Improvement: Document and refine HR processes in collaboration with process and system experts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
· Employee Engagement: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
· Administrative Support: Provide timely and accurate administration of HR processes, including onboarding, documentation, and compliance tasks.
· Project Participation: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Minimum Job Requirements
· Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
· Availability: Minimum availability of 30 hours per week.
· Skills:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
· Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
· Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is advantageous but not required
