Provide support in all HR activities as required; hiring, employee-related documents, benefits administration and termination tracking, etc.

Essential Responsibilities:

•Update and administer employee and recruitment databases

•Assist with recruiting, on-boarding process and various employee events

•Have the opportunity to work on exciting projects on talent management and employee experience

•Assist with design, development, implementation and evaluation of various HR Programs

•Drive improved employee engagement and brand awareness,

•System updates & documentation

Qualifications/Requirements:

•Bachelor 3/4 , Master/ PhD. student with related field

•Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must

•A genuine interest in Human Resources Management

•Good communication and interpersonal skills

•Analytical and problem solving skills

•Min 3-4 days availability per week

•Willingness to work in a dynamic environment

•Energy and commitment to drive the excellence positively

•Innovative thinker
