Role Summary/Purpose

GEHC Ireland Ltd. manufactures & distributes X-ray and MRI Contrast Media for internal and external customers worldwide. In 2017, our production volume was ca 32 mill units (vials) and supported turnover across the Supply chain of ~USD 550M. As part of our ongoing journey to achieve our 2020 site vision of being a 50m unit (vials) capacity site we have created this new role to drive the necessary cultural and operational transformations and simplifications to make this happen.

Essential Responsibilities

We are now looking for a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.

Reporting Line:

·  Reporting to the Human Resources Director

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to, the following:

·  Provide business partner support to client groups;

·  Provide HR expertise and guidance across recruitment, employee relations, total rewards and performance in line with COE partners;

·  Coach and facilitate front line leadership in supporting people management processes;

·  Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes with people leaders;

·  Build a strong business relationship with internal stakeholders;

·  Champion employee engagement in collaboration with People Leaders, work with the business to improve engagement and communication with their teams;

·  Support and coach internal stakeholders with employee performance;

·  Manage and lead on various and complex HR projects/organisation change initiatives that impact the employee life cycle;

·  Facilitate People Leaders on employee relation matters;

·  Drive HR initiatives and ensure that all are integrated and add value to the business and are consistent with the organizational goals and corporate programs

·  Manage sitewide metrics and support managers in utilizing same to effectively performance manage their teams;

·  Utilize data analytics to streamline HR processes;

·  Support bi-weekly and monthly payroll process collaborating with HR Operations partners;

·  Provide guidance to leaders in organisation design and change management

·  Create, Promote and Maintain Operational Excellence

·  Support in all other aspects of the HR Lifecycle as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Significant work experience required in a multinational / manufacturing / pharmaceutical / medtech environment;

·  Significant increasingly responsible human resources experience preferred;

·  Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations/performance management matters;

·  Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills;

·  Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence different groups;

·  Demonstrated execution ability;

·  Capability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization;

·  Demonstrated conflict resolution skills;

·  Knowledge of HR Management systems;

·  Workday and CoreHR experience essential;

·  Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
