Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience in Gas Turbine hot gas path or combustion manufacture, design or repair
• Proven track record delivering projects to completion
• Contribute to the team strategy to ensure the repair development of required components.
• Collaborate strongly with repair development center to ensure all required processes are completed and meet all technical requirements.
• Executes the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
•  Assure all component/process designs meet requirements
• Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as manufacturing, sourcing, services, global engineering, MYA engineering, and systems engineering
• Support service programs, fulfillment, and New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Provide strong guidance and contribution to Product cost out (PCO) and design to cost projects
• Communicate progress to all levels of the organization
• Collaborate with design engineering and lead design reviews for repairs
• Performs Risk analysis for repair or part replacement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years engineering experience with Gas Turbine hot gas path or combustion manufacture, design or repair.
• Project management: Experience demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit by proactively identifying and initiating projects that align with and exceed business goals, driving innovation and growth within the organization.
• Understanding of manufacturing special processes (Machining, Welding, Coating, etc)
• Up to 10% International travel

The base pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $114,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
