Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for executing Sourcing processes in support of business objectives, saving customers and GE money, providing repeatable & reliable services levels, while meeting all regulatory and controllership requirements. Maintain/enhance supplier performance. Implement LEAN processes that support Sourcing initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and pursue tactical and strategic initiatives/projects in area such as supplier management.
• Negotiate Supplier Network and provide ongoing administration.
• Prepare analytical reports, forecasts and supplier/customer dashboards.
• Support Sourcing policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend appropriate course of action to team leadership.
• Work closely with team to ensure total cost productivity and/or revenue maximization.
• Maintain supplier information with Vendor Management Center of Excellence (COE) or business platform COE systems.
• Responsible for contract imaging & storage per business document retention standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate set up of contractual pricing in appropriate business systems.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or High School diploma/GED with some years of experience in a financial services, sourcing, operations or customer service setting or equivalent military experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application.
