Role Summary/Purpose

GE Healthcare, a leading global health technology provider has strong presence in Finland. We are about 700 people from over 25 countries, helping healthcare providers improve patient care. Now we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to be responsible for assigned diagnostic imaging equipment (MI/CT) primarily in Finland. Your responsibilities will include installation & repair of healthcare equipment as well as developing and maintaining strong customer satisfaction in daily business.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Under minimal supervision, serve as GE Healthcare lead to assigned customers; complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated Computer Tomography and Molecular Imaging equipment
·  Own customer issues from dispatch or identification of issue to resolution
·  Proactively engage with other team members to ensure they are aware of status of all issues at all times for their designated customers
·  Act to ensure satisfaction to primary customers
·  Assist in account sales visits; identify sales opportunities and communicate to account team
·  Responsible for Warranty and PMS contract cost control
·  Responsibly completes all administration tasks on time
·  Ensures timely completion of FMIs and PMS inspections documentation for assigned accounts
·  Helps train others where necessary
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Degree and relevant experience from the field of Diagnostic Imaging
Technical analytical skills
·  Ability to work independently with minimum direction
·  Plans and organizes work effectively
·  Good communication skills
·  Strong customer skills
·  Proficiency in Finnish and English, Swedish advantage
·  EU working permit
·  Ability to travel
·  Willingness to be available after office hours when needed for critical issues and coverage as necessary
·  Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
·  Identify and report all quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization
·  Insure timely dispatch closure
·  Ensure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI’s) within prescribed timeframe
·  Following applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
