Job Description Summary

A Communication apprentice/intern, under the supervision of the Global Operations Leader, will support Aero internal and external communication strategy. We are looking for a university student or Graduated with some experience in Communications and/or Marketing area who wants to work in a world class organization.

Essential Responsibilities

·  Support partnership with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives. Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy, creating and managing content to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. 
·  Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline.
·  Tracking and analyzing communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
·  Support on wing to wing process management & weekly report out.
·  Assist on preparation of the training material for training teams on the “to-be” process.
·  Willing to attend customer and team events inside/outside home country.

Qualifications/ Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
·  BS in Communication, Marketing or Journalism. or relevant disciplines background preferred.
·  Proven interpersonal skills.
·  Active listener with good communication skills.
·  English and Spanish Proficiency is a must and any other language is a plus
·  Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
·  Proactive with high level of integrity.
·  Working time: 40 hours/week
·  Hybrid work is possible but min. 2 days office work in the Madrid office is required.
·  If contracted in Spain:
Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
