GE Vernova (KTC) is offering a 2 months Electrical Engineering Internship designed to provide fresh graduates with practical learning experience in power systems, control mechanisms, and plant electrical operations. The internship equips students with valuable industry exposure through training, projects, and mentorship.
Job Description
What you'll do; (it may vary based on the project)
As a Electrical Engineering Intern at GE Vernova, you will:
· Apply EHS training to ensure compliance with safety standards.
· Gain insights into gas turbine systems, configurations, and power plant operations.
· Work on turbine tooling systems on inventory management and consumables.
· Develop a database for current tooling inventory and support physical inventory control.
· Assist with the BOM (Bill of Material) serialization for toolkits, reviewing components and pricing.
· Learn and apply mechanical engineering fundamentals in real-world contexts such as materials handling and project management.
· Engage in a short project focused on tooling, mechanical systems, or data analysis.
· Present your findings and recommendations in a final internship evaluation along with an internal report.
What you'll bring;
· Fresh graduate with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
· Fundamental understanding of electrical systems and controls.
· Strong interest in energy systems, instrumentation, and power generation.
· Proficiency in basic circuit analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Fluency in English & Arabic.
