Job Description Summary
The Wind EHS Data Analytics, Tools and Systems Coordinator is responsible for assisting in efforts to maintain compliance, reduce risk and deliver EHS excellence through consistent data management using standardized processes, and tools across GE Vernova. This role will collaborate across the Wind EHS Center of Excellence (CoE) team to support internal and external stakeholder reporting and data trend/analysis for both leading and lagging indicators. This role will also support standardizing EHS KPI reporting, trend analysis and learnings, metric reporting, and digital dashboard support.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
· Support digital tool and systems utilization across Wind, through development of standard work.
· Support continuous improvement and operational effectiveness through dashboard development and maintenance.
· Collaborate across the Wind EHS organization to review and understand findings and Key Performance Indicators for statistical trend analysis to help identify and address systemic issues.
· Support and maintain EHS digital interface documentation and communication systems like SharePoint and Box.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree (field related to digital/data management and/or EHS) and minimum of 3 years of experience working with digital tools and systems and KPI management. OR
· High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience working with digital tools and systems and KPI management
Eligibility Requirements
· Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
· NAM: Schenectady, NY or Greenville, SC offices
Desired Characteristics
· Proficient knowledge using Microsoft office packages, particularly PowerPoint, and other digital platforms, such as Smartsheet
· Experience with SharePoint, Box, and Tableau systems preferred
· Fluent English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
· Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal
· Able to coach and support key influencers to drive EHS compliance and the reduction of risk through team engagement and help develop an organizational culture that prioritizes EHS.
· Knowledge of EHS management systems, GE EHS programs and digital applications.
· Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues with competing priorities
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues with competing priorities
· Demonstrated ability to organize, motivate and drive change and interact cross-functionally
· Confidently able to facilitate and deliver training and or presentations to a diverse audience
· High energy, self-starter
· Additional language skills
The base pay range for this position is $99,200.00 - $165,300.00 USD Annual USD Annual USD Annual USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 10%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than June 18, 2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
