Role Summary/Purpose
Digital Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, measuring and reporting on overall status and risks on one or more parallel digital web projects, provide support and education on our processes, and support overall employee engagement and building a culture that drives positive outcomes for the business.
Essential Responsibilities
· Identify and understand business needs and articulate them to technology teams effectively
· Communicate and drive schedule adherence for project and release-level activities
· Provide support to multiple, simultaneous projects and teams by
Measuring and reporting status and risks

· Providing coaching and training on our processes as needed

Qualifications/Requirements
· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management for Web/Digital engagements
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
· Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office experience (primarily Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Intermediate-Advanced on Project Management tools like Rally and JIRA
· Experience on driving web development projects involving UX Design/Prototype, Requirements, Build, QA and UAT phases
· Experience on web technologies like .Net, CMS(Content Management Server Sitecore preferred), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Able to communicate with all levels of internal and external customer organizations, including upper management
