Roles and Responsibilities

·  Ensure On Time orders fulfillment, invoice and collection, defining & coordinating all needed actions with different departments for a correct and cost effective delivery.
·  Build clear & effective proactive communication channels with both internal & external customers to understand their needs and develop the best fulfillment strategy to support them, maintaining them fluently informed about their orders status.
·  Drive a forum with customers so all parts & information requests are attended with excellence. Any deviation from the service the customer is expecting will be immediately addressed as a clear goal from these processes and interaction.
·  Translate customer parts needs into Parts supply chain to make sure complete organization is well prepared to support both standard needs and any special request (high volume orders, non common ordered parts, special shipping instructions requested) from Projects or Service sites.
·  Set up & manage relationship with GE local legal entities on existing & new countries where the Project & Service organization may start operating on, defining, improving and following up the processes needed to support correctly Parts operations and deliveries, including remote sites.
·  Define & coordinate logistics (w/ LCOE & Warehouse) when required to fulfill special needs.
·  Help all departments where needed to expedite actions with final objective of fulfilling the parts customer need on time, with the right quality and the best productivity.
·  Report OTD, Orders Backlog & other metrics on a regular basis, reporting reasons why an order was not fulfilled on time & coordinating actions definition to avoid same issues happening again.
·  Identify potential problems and implement strategies to mitigate risks in Parts fulfillment ops.
·  Work with all different needed IT systems (Oracle, GE Libraries, ServiceNow, SupportCentral, Office tools) to achieve all above. On Time, High Quality & Accurate data entry is critical.
·  Lead productivity actions to ensure the lowest possible logistics cost to fulfill customer orders.
·  Monitor execution of Parts orders invoicing and collection.
·  Contribute to Parts financial & operating goals, driving fulfillment & productivity improvements and inventory reduction & optimization.
·  Strongly participate on IT tools (like Oracle) enhancements when required or when proactively suggested. Drive simplification, innovation & DIGITIZATION in line with Parts goals.
·  Comply with all EHS & Compliance excellence on her/his work environment and job tasks. Report EHS concerns.
·  Manage Inbound deliveries tracking in OTM and inform the team in case of differences in arrival date versus promised date.
·  Select the right delivery method for Inbound shipments based on demand need dates.
·  Manage Outbound shipments in OTM for countries where export customs process is required.
·  Implementation of OTM for outbound deliveries to countries in the European Union.
·  Updating of Transportation Matrix, reducing transit times keeping transportation cost as lower as possible.
·  Support other team members in Fulfillment providing details of transportation status.
·  Support of warehouse with transport arrangement for exceptional deliveries.
·  Supervise invoices related to transportation and ensure transportation cost is properly allocated.

Required Qualifications

·  Business degree or other technical discipline from an accredited university or college.
·  Significant Parts Fulfilment Operations experience in GE Wind Parts.
·  Significant experience in working with Oracle ERP, Databases, Service Now & Office IT tools.
·  Accountable, proactive, working independently, proven teamwork experience, strong analytical skills.
·  Fluent English (spoken & written)
·  Very valuable Spanish or German languages fluent skills.
·  EU Work Permit.
