Role Summary/Purpose

The Commercial Excellence Specialist role is responsible for driving the commercial excellence processes in GEHC Korea, helping the commercial teams to improve their capability and efficiency in the field. The candidate will work closely with the Korea Commercial team

A key contributor in rolling out field effectiveness initiatives across Korea thorough sales, product training and development of competence model.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead & drive sales and product training for commercial team
• Support implementation of competency model of sales team(direct and indirect channel)
• Support guidance session with the team based on competency model
• Support Commercial excellence leader to build Commercial ‘Go to market' framework – territory mapping & opportunity identification
• Contribute & participate in operating reviews and quarterly business reviews
• Development & optimization a sales process

Desired profile

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field
2. Minimum 3-10 years of relevant experience in commercial excellence, sales, marketing or related field
3. Have experience with sales or product marketing and be able to lead sales and product training.
4. Ability to work independently, under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative leadership ability.
5. Strong influencing and communication skills
6. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
7. Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
