Job Description Summary
Performing the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.Job Description
- Utilizing your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and effect short-term and some long-term business goals
- Having overall leadership skills in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, quality, delivery, cost and compliance
- Leading cell to achieve goals in asset utilization, manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality, budget and cost reduction.
- Ensuring that Quality defects are contained, reported, and repaired in a timely manner, resolving quality issues
- DON'T accept defects, DON'T make defects, and DON'T pass defects
- Having the overall of cell leadership to continuously improve manufacturing, test, assembly, and process for all assigned products processes.
- Continuously updated the modern technology and processes to enhance product/process producibility and delivered quality requirements
- Responsible for communication of key business / customer issues to employees
- Selecting, hiring, training, and developing talent including build-up performance development for employees,
- Assisting to resolve conflict among employees, consulting to HR and Leadership team in difficult situations
- Supporting manager in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources
- Other tasks as assigned by leadership team
