Role Summary/Purpose
The Services Deal Desk will be responsible for supporting Commercial and deal teams in driving large, complex and non-standard opportunities to closure. On this team, you will play a critical role working closely with global stakeholders across Commercial Ops and Region Delivery teams.
Essential Responsibilities
As a member of this team you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the Customer Success organization from many angles – our go-to-market strategy for services and establishing standards and process rigor to scale operations. The role is best suited for an individual who is deeply interested in problem solving business operations challenges in close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders in a Digital Services organization.
In this role, you will:
· Ensure a consistent, efficient and effective delivery of operational services, in line with GE Digital standards, in order to support the achievement of business objectives across all areas
· Analyze regional delivery issues around order transition to identify opportunity for business improvements and trends.
· Interpret information in support of project performance against key performance indicators. Identify any anomalies, trend changes or unusual levels of achievement and interrogate source data to understand the reasons for this.
· Maintain rigor in tracking and improving Services deal desk metrics e.g. Pipeline, Attach rate, Deal Mix etc.
· Managing the accurate recording of project budgets and undertake appropriate forecasting. Auditing customer order entries and invoices, customer acceptance, as well as scope management.
· Play a critical role on the Services deal desk responsible for ensuring successful and seamless ITO OTR transitions
· Work with internal and external teams and customers to gather information and data for use in our centralized service management system
· Work closely with process leaders to ensure data and information collected is complete and accurate
· Work with the development teams to load data and information into the service management system
· Support the project work across the region. Ensure processes are identified and developed to accurately reflect the business goals and objectives
· Act as the point of communication and information contact for internal and external stake holders
· Any other tasks commensurate with the level of the post as may from time to time be required
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) from an accredited university or college
· Minimum 0-3 years of experience in similar role supporting digital services operations
· Minimum 0-3 years’ software services
Eligibility Requirements:

· Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Ramon
