Essential Responsibilities

You will:
·  Analyze and/or develop financial models and projections
·  Conduct industry/company research, including risk analysis
·  Perform valuation analysis for projects and companies
·  Assist in preparing credit requests and other supporting documentation for internal approval process and internal reports
·  Support the team in syndication efforts of EFS investments
·  Assist in the day-to-day management of EFS investment, including internal reporting requirement (ex. Income forecast etc)
·  Oversee all ongoing servicing activities and serve as primary point of contact for commercial financing transactions according to documented requirements and operational procedures
·  Manage projects to ensure administrative compliance with deal terms and establish, implement, and monitor reporting metrics for Operations
·  Possess good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline
·  Possess good understanding of how the team integrates with other teams in accomplishing objectives
·  Develop and execute process improvement projects
·  Maintain deal management information systems
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in finance or banking industry

·  Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time

Desired Characteristics

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
MBA 
·  Familiarity with commercial, financial, loan and equity products 
·  Exposure to Energy Industry; internal GE experience 
·  Skilled communicator; excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills

·  Strong financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and valuation skills
·  Experience preparing financial information, interpreting financial performance, and assessing risk exposure
·  Ability to collaborate across commercial and functional teams
·  Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
