Job description
Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Operations Coordinator to support the wider E-commerce team in managing and optimizing the ecommerce operations to ensure a seamless shopping - and customer experience. In this role you will work closely with our cross-functional partners, like Buying, PSS (Purchase Support Specialists), IT Operations and Customer Care to ensure product onboarding is correct and on-time. This is a 6-month project

Responsibilities
· Product onboarding: Make sure products are online on time, troubleshoot issues.
· Product data corrections and enrichment: Make sure product data is correct and enriched.
· Operational excellence & tech improvements: Proactively monitor, identify and trouble shoot any (technical) issues and bottlenecks that may arise on the ecommerce websites.
· Support with Digital Merchandising (ad hoc) tasks :
· Merchandizing of Product Listing Pages;
· Daily site and category checks; ensuring products are displayed correctly on the category pages and all links work;
· Support with digital campaign execution.
· Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Minimum of 1-2 years in e-commerce or online retail is preferred; commercial acumen is essential.
· Tech savvy, with strong computer skills
· Experience with PIM (Product Information Management system) and Jira is a plus
· Enthusiastic, motivated, creative team player, with strong ability to work cross functionally
· Able to work as part of a team and coordinate activities with other departments in an engaging way/no silo mentality.
· Strong ability to follow-through, persistence to add value.
· Ability to work under time and changing priorities.
· Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
