This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

 

Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a dynamic and motivated entry-level Staff Accountant to join our team! This position will perform duties and responsibilities necessary to produce the highest quality results in support of our customers/merchants in the Retail Payments area. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and is looking for a collaborative, fast-paced position!

Responsibilities

·  Perform analytical reviews and variance analysis for balance sheets and income statements
·  Prepare and present accurate, well supported financial analysis and reports
·  Prepare detailed balance sheet account reconciliations
·  Prepare detailed account reconciliations and accurate journal entries posted into the financial systems
·  Ensure results are fairly stated in accordance with GAAP and internal policies
·  Adhere to and enhance internal financial controls
·  Provide support and analysis Provide support to Foot Locker divisional finance and operations teams
·  Provide support to Foot Locker divisional finance and operations teams
Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.) 
·  Experience with and/or knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus 
·  Strong verbal and written communication analytical and problem solving skills
·  Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills 
·  Detail oriented with ability to understand the whole process 
·  Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment 
·  Must be willing to work extended hours during peak periods 

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $60000 - $62000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
