As the leading global retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel, we are currently seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to play a key role in driving success for FootLocker.com.The Digital Operations Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of e-commerce operational tasks and duties, including product activation, quality assurance, promotions/sales & on-site search maintenance.
Responsibilities

This opportunity will see you as the successful candidate  take ownership of the following:

· 
Digital Operations - overseeing the execution of product catalogue including product publishing and enrichment, taxonomy, launch management, catalogue hierarchy and category activation.

· 
Quality Assurance and monitoring of our website categories and proper functionality.

· 
Customer experience optimization – utilising a data led approach to reduce locally relevant customer journey friction points by building a strong strategy, leveraging local expertise, building team capability and cross functional alignment.

· 
Identifying and resolving technical issues

· 
Assisting with Weekly and Monthly reporting - investigate and report on trends and performance to making locally relevant, data-led recommendations to the business.

· 
Supporting projects and suggest feedback and outcomes based on analytics and metrics.

· 
Active team collaboration   by creating strong and impactful relationships   with the broader e-commerce team, external agencies, Foot Locker APAC cross-functional colleagues, vendor partners, licensee partners and global colleagues based in Europe and North America.

Qualifications

You will bring  with you the following demonstratable skills & experience:    

· 
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing/working towards completing of your degree

· 
Demonstrable experience in working in a collaborative or professional environment, with a strong ability to multi-task, working independently and manage tight deadlines. 

· 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complete multiple tasks & pivot on deadlines while maintaining a can-do attitude

· 
Superior verbal and written communication skills

· 
A passion for retail and specifically ecommerce in today’s marketplace.

· 
Proficient in a MS Office suite, outlook and marketing platforms
