Overview
This role is accountable for Kronos initiatives, developing Kronos strategies, fostering relationships, guiding technical decisions, and integrated Kronos function tied to Workforce Planning, Payroll Process and Global HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as a global resource manager for Kronos Timekeeping, Attendance and Workforce Planning, as well as providing support to all projects involving functional business areas, HR Technology, and IT.
· Recognized expert in all aspects of Kronos workforce programs, processes, and systems.
· Manage resources who support and analyze the performance of Kronos workforce systems processes and procedures, and implementing process improvements accordingly.
· Lead department processes to ensure timely and accurate execution of US store volume and labor forecasts, time and attendance systems, project management, configuration and administration of schedule and pay rules, and alignment with enterprise payroll systems.
· Conduct audits of the Kronos workforce system to ensure accuracy with pay rules, schedule rules, and attendance policies.
· Conduct audits of people HR data within the application to ensure information is accurate.
· Oversee a team who configure workforce management system to properly support the profile needs of the business and ensure all end user access is configured with the appropriate level of access.
· Provides ongoing support within Workforce Planning, Human Resources, Payroll on areas of expertise to ensure cross functional support to business partners.
· Collaborate with business partners to ensure Kronos workforce systems and data objects are configured, tested, audited, and maintained, emphasizing data integrity and continuous improvement.
· Provide timely and proactive practical solutions to deliver the Kronos workforce systems processes to the Foot Locker Brands.
· Provide oversight during user acceptance testing of application changes or updates.
· Respond to ServiceNow requests providing system resolution for Workforce Systems configuration and administration issues.
Qualifications
· Manager of Timekeeping, Attendance and Workforce Planning Systems: 7+ years of experience
· 5+ years of experience with configuration and support of UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central 8.0 or higher. Prefer WFC 8.1 experience and UKG Dimensions.
· 5+ years of experience with configuration and support of UKG Advanced Scheduler and Forecasting.
· 5+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Integration Manager and/or Boomi Integration Services
· 3+ years of experience with Service Release installations and upgrades
· Managed a WFC to WFM migration
· Potential for a flexible/hybrid work schedule including 3 in-person days at our Core IT HUB in Dallas, TX
Benefits
The annual base salary range is $115,000 - $173,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
