Overview
The HR Solutions Architect is accountable for designing the solutions within the Human Resources, Workforce Planning and Payroll environments, while fostering relationships and synergies with stakeholders, leadership and business process owners. The Architect will guide the overall structure and design of the systems, while encompassing Foot Locker policies, processes and systems.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the support, development and integrations deployed within the Foot Locker technical stack for the Human Resources, Workforce Planning and Payroll organizations.
· Collaborate with vendor partners, external consultants, and internal business process owners to gather business requirements, design, configure, test, and maintain a variety of HR specific products.
· Ensure Solution architecture designs are well documented and incorporated into LeanIX.
· Listen for, recommend, and advocate for global process improvements which align to the executive strategic vision and goals of the business and Global Technology Services organization.
· Drive continuous improvement of customer’s needs, and design processes that ensure compliance with security, identity and access management, integration COE and Enterprise Architecture concepts.
· Lead HR Tech strategy across global organization by implementing current use cases and adding new solutions based on business and/or HR objectives.
· Drives continuous process improvement by leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized tools, templates, and processes across the global HR technology landscape.
· Serve as the subject matter expert for HR reporting, providing guidance to the HR team and implementing best practices.
· Provide end to end solution and design details during Architect Sessions.
· Monitor the new features releases, strategize, demo and become the subject matter expert to the HRIS & Business teams.
· Assist with tasks such as: system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, and testing as it relates to Oracle HCM, Kronos Dimensions, Talent, Performance and Goal Management and Payroll solutions, plus a variety of integrations commonly found in Human Resources environments.
· Analyze complex ideas, create design concepts and proposals that build a range of meaningful recommendations.
Qualifications
· 5+ years previous Oracle HCM Configuration experience with one or more of the following modules: Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Compensation, Goals & Performance Management.
· 5+ years previous Kronos Timekeeping, Accruals and System Integration and Configuration experience.
· Global Payroll Implementation (Outsourced and/or In-house processing).
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
· Expert level Lucid Charts development.
· MS Office experience especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint; and Visio preferred.
· Experience with Scrum and an Agile Development environment.
· Experience in collaborating with off-shore and on-shore development teams and across time-zone and regions.
· Proactive problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
· Ability to perform basic analytical tasks related to comparing data files and determining potential errors or omissions within the data stream.
· Communicate effectively with business line owners and leadership.
· Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor others to grow.
· Ability to interpret customer requests and be able to respond appropriately.
· Supports established project plans, timelines & deliverables.
· Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities.
· Knowledge of general SaaS architecture and related components in deploying SaaS solutions covering data, infrastructure, security.
· Potential for a flexible/hybrid work schedule including 3 in-person days at our Core IT HUB in Dallas, TX.
Benefits
The annual base salary range is $120,000 - $160,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
