Overview
Be a part of our Distribution Center because we know how satisfying it is to walk around in a new pair of sneakers, and it is our job to get footwear onto the feet of our fans.
The Problem Resolution associate handles problem cartons, customer returns, data entry and non-standard receipts within the warehouse and is also responsible for ensuring all cartons/inventory are correct and accurate in a timely manner.

Shift Availability:
· Monday through Thursday 6:30AM until 5:00PM
Base rate paid bi-weekly: $17.51 per hour.
· Earn $0.26 wage increase following the completion of 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months of service, totaling up to $1.04/hr. on top of the base rate.
Peak Season Attendance Bonus: Earn a $120.00 Attendance Bonus per week. (Eligibility and policy rules will apply)
Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and you both obtain $900.00 (Paid out in four increments - Eligibility and policy rules apply)
Responsibilities

· Stand (stationary position) at problem resolution station.
· Accurately use and operate an RF scanning device, Microsoft Surface/Computer/Beumer PC interface and SCI to identify problems and fix the error.
· Recognize and communicate a reoccurring issue to Lead, Utility and/or Supervisor, including monitoring for increase of problem cartons.
· Put away overages, fix inventory discrepancies and cycle count Speed Cell locations.
· Prioritize tasks in order to complete goals within set time limits.
· Use knowledge about Divisions, SKUs and sizes to complete assigned tasks.
· Use knowledge about PO, PPC and product description to complete assigned tasks.
· Properly follows company and OSHA safety procedures.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
· Ability to read, write, conduct business related mathematics and analyze data as required.
· Brings problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director or HR manager.
· Follows daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
· All other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:

· Required to stand (stationary position) during scheduled hours. Hours usually include weekends, evenings and holidays in conjunction with labor regulations.
· Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
· While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate using various methods.
· Kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, pulling and moving weights of 0-25 pounds constantly and 25-40 pounds occasionally and over 40 pounds seldomly with or without assistance as needed.
· Ability to move up to 40 pounds at least 25 feet in distance occasionally with assistance as needed.
· Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations that require different physical demands.
Work Environment:
This position works in a warehouse setting, with limited outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, rf scanner, and tape dispensers. Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a warehouse facility preferred.
· Applicants must be 18 or older, have a positive attitude, be open to learning, work well with others and have the willingness to prioritize customer needs.
· Qualified candidates will be able to stand, walk, and lift weighted boxes. More details will be provided but will need the ability to meet vision requirements and meet other physical demands within labor regulations.
· Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English to comprehend safety instructions, participate in safety drills and effectively communicate in case of emergencies.
· *This requirement is critical to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. It is not a requirement of Foot Locker that employees speak English only while at work.
Benefits
