Overview
Foot Locker, Inc. is looking for an organized Payroll Specialist with clear and precise communication skills to join our team! The Payroll Specialist will provide customer service to our North American team members; solve or provide directions to complex payroll questions; communicate effectively with store managers and other team members; and research and resolve time and attendance issues. The Payroll team is also responsible for data entry, multi-tasking, correcting productivity, and monitoring timekeeping data. This position requires maintaining a high level of confidentiality, teamwork, and attention to detail.
This role will work in a hybrid environment, working in-office at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA once a week on Tuesdays and working from home the rest of the week. A typical schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:45pm.

Responsibilities
· Assist with payroll issues coming from the stores or from team members via Service Now tickets
· Provide directions with navigating through UKG Dimensions time and attendance system
· Assist with enrollment of pay choice to ensure payroll processing is paperless based on company policies
· Research ACH rejections in North America
· Complete verification of employment requests from various government agencies
Qualifications
· High School Diploma, GED, or associate’s degree or equivalent from a college or technical school
· Six months to one year related experience in the payroll field
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Familiarity with PeopleSoft HRMS and UKG Dimensions a plus
· Experience speaking French or Spanish helpful but not required
· Ability to read and interpret documents
· Have proficient mathematical skills
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· Discretion of sensitive PII (Personal Identifiable Information) data of our employees
· Good prioritization and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision using independent judgment and self-motivation along with working well as a team
· Ability to accept direction
· Must be able to come into the office occasionally on additional days for business needs (advance notice will be given)
· Punctual and meet attendance requirements
Benefits
The base hourly salary range is $18 - $24. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
