Overview
As Manager HRIS you will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, and management of our Human Capital Management system, while facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization.
You will be responsible for analysing and leading foundational components within the scope of the HRMS, this position is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services, and data to users throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
· Lead and mentor a team member, fostering continuous skill development.
· Oversee the transition from on-premises to cloud-based HR systems.
· Identify HR and business needs, proposing data-driven solutions and leveraging analytics.
· Identify best practices and emerging technologies to support HR strategies by monitoring HRIS trends and recommending innovative improvements.
· Optimize HRIS systems to drive automation, improve accuracy, and provide HR technology recommendations to ensure compliance.
· Troubleshoot HR system issues related to employee data, payroll, and time management, ensuring compliance on associate information, foundational tables, security, source to gross pay calculations, time and attendance, absence management and labour workforce maintenance.
· Lead projects and tasks, ensuring interpretation of business needs into technical solutions, develop and maintain consistent and accurate documentation of system projects; execute testing; provide support pre and post go live.
· Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve system performance issues.
· Lead the implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and new features.
· Serve as the HRIS expert for Foot Locker Organization, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all countries.
· Reviews data for accuracy, completeness and adherence to HR policies and cross-functionally collaborate to educate and correct integrity issues.
Qualifications
· Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· Hands-on experience in HR, payroll, workforce management, or HR/payroll systems configuration.
· Experience with people management, leadership and mentoring.
· Experience in change management and international environments is a plus.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Problem-solving mindset, with accountability and ownership.
· Continuous learning mindset and a proactive approach.
· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
· Fluency in English.
