Overview
Foot Locker is looking to hire a Learning & Development Operations Trainer, a role that is vital to our company's success! You will be responsible for training new and existing team members to perform their job functions in our Customer Contact Center.
This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
Compensation: $18.50 / hour
Responsibilities
· Facilitate classroom, small group, and on-the-job training for new hires and existing team members at our Customer Contact Center
· Provide performance feedback and conduct training follow-ups with new and existing team members; retrain and deliver disiplinary action (in partnership with Supervisor or Manager) up to or including termination as needed
· Maintain training records; track and communicate training attendance
· Work individually and/or as a group to maintain, create, review, and update training content, as needed
· Communicate Training Updates emails to team members and leadership between sites
· Support business unit during peak business demand
Qualifications
· Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with the full range of Microsoft Office Suite
· Solutions-oriented mindset when encountered with challenges
· Demonstrated effort to learn and bring others along with new technologies and processes
