Overview
The Foot Locker Consumer Integration Team is uniquely positioned at the center of the organization, bringing cross‑functional teams together to plan and execute impactful, customer‑first marketing programs. The Integrated Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across all omni‑channel touchpoints.
This role supports both the Integrated Sr Marketing Manager in delivering strategic, cohesive campaigns that align product priorities, brand strategies, and customer needs. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the end‑to‑end customer journey, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to learn how integrated marketing programs come to life at scale.
Responsibilities
· Build and maintain the initial Monthly Messaging weekly framework, informed by product priorities and delivery timelines
· Support the briefing and ongoing management of Monthly Messaging within Airtable
· Develop and manage marketing briefs for:
· Track product and asset needs, proactively communicating updates and changes related to Monthly Messaging
· Support the Paid Media team on ad hoc requests, including affiliate asset needs and asset tracker
· Assist with Brand and Partner Marketing GTM execution across channels
· Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, CRM, E‑commerce, Content, Media, Merchandising, and Partner Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
· Serve as a liaison for Brand and Partner reporting needs
Qualifications
· 2–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, strategic planning, media, or retail‑related roles
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage timelines in a fast‑paced environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and support where needed
· Ability to adapt quickly and maintain a positive, can‑do attitude
· Preferred experience working in Airtable and/or other project management software
Benefits
The annual base salary range is $55000-$63000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
