This role oversees the processes, strategy & management of content for the ChampsSports.com website, acting as a mentor, trainer, and leader to junior and associate level members of the team. This manager will lead the team overseeing overall site content projects and production including building the weekly placement strategy for site content, submits briefs for marketing request, operationally QA’s & publishing content and concepting landing pages. This role is responsible for managing several direct reports and providing guidance and assistance to them. This role acts as an advocate and representative of the team while supporting the head of Champs Sports e-commerce in being responsible for strategic brand initiatives and web experience management for all Champs Sports.com North American domains.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:

·  Act as leader to a team with varying levels of experience
·  Leads site content strategy across all divisions & departments within the Champs Sports North America business
·  Create compelling, trend-driven and brand appropriate content strategies based on marketing plans, merchandising feedback, current trends and analysis of product and content metrics.
·  Responsible for team uploading content daily through content management systems, and execute onboarding of up to 150 assets per week across the US & Canada sites
·  Expert level utilization of Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems, and other web applications.
·  Build, lead & iteraite on process for marketing request briefs in collaboration with buying and marketing teams
·  Become integral part of development of future personalization strategies across the website
·  Create and maintain documentation around site content processes, strategies and ad hoc digital projects.
·  Accountable for add to cart, conversion and sales goals
·  Proactively manage relationships with product team partners to develop short and long term growth plans. Communicate regularly on business strategies and initiatives.
·  Prioritize projects and actions based on analytics and metrics.
·  Act as brand stakeholder for all internal business tool improvements and operational communications.
·  Establish cross-functional partnerships with Buying, Operations, Copy, DC/Call Center, SEO/Digital Marketing, Planning, Marketing, Analytics, IT, Product Management, UX/Research, Merchandising, and Creative teams.
Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·  A BS in business-related field is required.
·  Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a retail operations or e-commerce organization.
·  Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing others.
·  Expert level knowledge and experience with web based product, content and catalog management systems.
·  Experience using Analytic tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
·  Superior verbal and written communication skills that can be applied inter/intra departmentally to obtain critical information from other teams and among leadership.
·  Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Jira and Asana.
·  Strong organizational skills and highly deadline driven.
·  Understanding of online and digital marketing channels.
·  Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects and quickly shift priorities.
·  Demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment.
·  Ability to see big picture as well as dive into the small details.
Benefits

The annual base salary range is $83,000 - $105,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
