Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

 

·  Execute and publish content across websites, email marketing, and CRM.
·  Manage digital channels using CMS, personalisation tools, and content calendars.
·  Optimize the customer journey through UX, CRO, and QA processes.
·  Coordinate localised roadmaps for customer value enhancements.
·  Provide insights through weekly and monthly reporting.
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

 

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

 

·  Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
·  Strong time management and organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
·  Excellent communication skills, attention to detail & ability to multitask and pivot on priorities.
·  Passionate about collaboration, teamwork but able working independently & work towards deadlines.
·  Proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about e-commerce.
·  Demonstratable experience and knowledge of CMS and troubleshooting web issues.
