Your expertise will help us navigate the bustling world of social media advertising, and explore platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and YouTube. Under the wing of our Paid Social and Programmatic Manager, you’ll be spinning stories and creating campaigns that get our tribe – the sneakerheads – hyped.

Responsibilities

Your Toolkit:

·  Design campaigns that aren’t just ads; they’re drops that everyone wants to cop.
·  Collaborate with the cool kids on the block (our marketing team) to make sure our message is as fresh as our kicks.
·  Analyze the buzz from our campaigns and figure out how to break the internet next time.
·  Stay fresh to the ever-changing game of paid media, especially when it comes to ruling social media.
·  Speak up in team discussions with ideas that are outside the box – because who likes being boxed in?
Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

·  Got about 2 years in the ad world? Perfect. Agency background? Even better.
·  Know the paid media scene like the back of your hand, especially the social media streets.
·  Teamwork makes the dream work, and you’re all about that collaboration life.
·  A growth mindset that’s all about leveling up yourself and the squad.
·  A degree in something smart like business marketing, economics, or business informatics – we dig that.
·  Details? You spot 'em like limited edition drops.
·  Communication skills so on point, they’re practically viral.
·  Hungry to learn and always ready to take on the next challenge.
·  If you know your way around Google Analytics, that’s a bonus track on your mixtape.
·  Project management is your hidden talent, making sure every campaign is straight fire.
