Overview
This role is responsible for the development, implementation and support of Foot Locker’s Oracle Fusion Finance ERP application systems and other related business systems. The incumbent will have expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance systems design, interface development, report development, configuration, testing, implementation, and support. As an associate Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping Foot Locker's financial future by collaborating with a team of cloud finance experts to develop and implement solutions that directly drive our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
· Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, FA, CM, AR and AP)
· Develop, configure, test, and deploy Finance system solutions
· Experience in Oracle Fusion integration and reporting tools such as FRS, FBDI, OTBI, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, BI Publisher and Smart View
· Have experience in web services (REST, SOAP), integration protocols (XML, JSON), and API development
· Analyze and document business processes, procedures, and requirements to identify areas for improvement and implement system enhancements
· Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system designs, specifications, and test plans
· Participate in system testing and validation, including user acceptance testing and end-to-end testing
· Foster a collaborative, open, and transparent working environment
· Communicate effectively and clearly within your team and across teams
· Ensure adherence to SDLC, SOX, PII, and PCI compliance
· Prepare and maintain system and operational documentation
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience
· 2+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Financial applications
· Working knowledge of configuration, reporting and data management technologies within Oracle Fusion applications
· Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP or Oracle Cloud is a plus
· Knowledge of systems integration platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft
· Experience with DevOps and CI-CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins
· Experience with various SDLC methodologies, preferably Agile
· Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
· Self-starter attitude with a willingness to dive in and figure things out
· Strong ability to analyze and address complex challenges
· Effective collaboration and interpersonal abilities
· Attention to detail
Benefits
The annual base salary range is $54,000 - $90,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
