Overview
The Analyst, Inventory Fulfillment Optimization will serve as a subject matter expert and analytical lead within omnichannel pod. This individual will be responsible for the configuration, testing, monitoring and optimization of Foot Locker's Manhattan DOM platform, ensuring that fulfillment rules are accurately implemented and continuously refined to support omnichannel performance goals. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional partners in IT, Supply Chain and Store Operations.
Responsibilities
•Manage the configuration and maintenance of fulfillment rules within the Manhattan Active Omni DOM platform, including sourcing rules, node eligibility and inventory segmentation.
•Conduct ongoing performance analysis of DOM routing decisions, identifying patterns that indicate rule gaps or optimization opportunities.
•Lead regression testing and quality assurance processes for all DOM rule changes prior to deployment.
•Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into DOM performance metrics including fill rate, split rate, node utilization and routing accuracy.
•Partner with IT and Manhattan vendor teams to troubleshoot system issues, escalate defects and manage release cycles.
•Support peak season readiness by auditing and validating fulfillment rules ahead of high-volume periods.
•Contribute to the evaluation of new DOM capabilities and assist in business case development for platform enhancements.
Qualifications
•2+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, order management or omnichannel operations.
•Direct experience with Manhattan Active Omni or a comparable DOM/OMS platform strongly preferred.
•Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
•Solid understanding of order routing logic, inventory management and omnichannel fulfillment operations.
•Ability to independently manage complex analytical workstreams and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related field required.

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $76,900-$89,900 /yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
