IT PROJECT MANAGER/DEVELOPER H/F

Entreprise:
Euroquality est une entreprise de conseil en innovation,spécialisée dans les programmes de recherche européens.
Implantée à Paris et Bordeaux, la société a une société soeur à Sofia en Bulgarie.
Le VIE, basé à Sofia aura en charge la responsabilité du volet IT du groupe.
Une formation de 3 à 4 mois est prévue à Paris chez Euroquality avant le départ.
Embauche possible en fin de contrat soit sur Sofia ou sur Paris.
In charge of IT project management, you will be responsible of:
- Definition of specification in accordance with the partners (from 2 to 20 partners) and the Description of work from the EU funded project,
- Validation of technology and drafting of mock-ups for final validation with partners,
- Definition of IT development planning with the developer,
- Organisation of the developer planning and follow-up, making the interface between the clients, consultants and the developer,
- Development (Drupal, WordPress, Leaflet , JavaScript, Jquery, php, …)
In charge of the whole communication and dissemination of European projects, you will be responsible to:
- Design and validate a logo with the partners (at least five different proposal each time),
- Define the graphical charter of the project,
- Design the newsletter layout in accordance with the graphical charter, define the aim of the newsletter and gather content accordingly. Create and prepare the database. Manage the sending and analyse the impact.
- Create banners, posters and flyers to disseminate the project: define the content, target and aim of the communication materials, design the materials in accordance to the graphical charter and validate it with partners.
- Social networks communication: create and manage social network communication channels. Define with partner the content and objectives of the publication. Analyse the RoI.
- Events monitoring for partners participation. Preparation of communication packages depending on target and objectives define previously.
- Event organisations
- Database creation and management for all communication channels.
You will also be in charge of the external communication of the company:
- Website animation: news publication, blog content
- Social network management and animation
- Satisfaction survey management: creation, follow-up with clients, and analysis
- Testimony collect from client
- Communication support: business card, posters, online ad, flyers
- Newsletter to client: definition of objectives, content, design, database, RoI
- CRM
Profil:
