-    不動産／貸付債権の分析・評価業務 及びアドバイザリー業務 
-    不動産／貸付債権のデューディリジェンス・評価
-    会計・税務目的の不動産／貸付債権の時価評価
-    不動産購入／売却時のフィナンシャル・アドバイザリー業務
-    会計監査におけるフェアバリューテストのサポート
-    市場調査やフィジビリティ・スタディ
-    その他不動産の調査・評価・鑑定

-    Analysis, appraisal and advisory work in real estate and loans 
-    Due diligence and appraisal work in in real estate and loans 
-    Market value of real estate and loans for accounting and tax purposes
-    Financial advisory during purchase and sales of real estate
-    Support in fair value test during accounting audit
-    Market research and feasibility study
-    Research, appraisal, provide expert opinion of other real estates

募集要件及び資格 / REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS

-    シニア・コンサルタント / Senior Consultant
-    コンサルタント / Consultant

<必要知識・経験>
-    不動産鑑定士資格保有者
-    不動産評価実務経験
-    不動産アドバイザリー実務経験
-    不動産関連M&A・リストラクチャリング業務経験
-    日本語力必須（ネイティブレベル） 
-    チームで仕事をする上での協調性 
-    社外でのコミュニケーション能力 
-    業務レベルのExcel、Wordスキル

-    Real estate appraiser certification holder
-    Hands-on experience in real estate appraisal
-    Hands-on experience in real estate advisory
-    Experienced in real estate related M&A and restructuring
-    Japanese language is a must (native level) 
-    Team player 
-    Communication skills with external parties
-    Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power Point
