Job Summary:

Essential Functions of the Job:

·  We are looking for Data scientist who specializes in building personalization/recommender systems algorithm (ML APIs) for the applications work with our engineers to deploy them at scale.
·  Work closely with client teams to align on best practices for modern ML, and keep the wider team informed on the state-of-the-art solutions. In addition, you will be in a strategic position to influence future roadmaps for recommender system products.
·  Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team spanning user research, design, data science, product management, and engineering to build new product features that advance our mission to connect artists and fans in personalized and relevant ways.
·  Prototype new approaches and productionize solutions at scale for our hundreds of thousands of active users. Help drive optimization, testing, and tools to improve quality.
·  Good theoretical grounding in core machine learning concepts and techniques.
·  Experienced with AI/ML techniques and frameworks, e.g. Natural Language Processing, Recommender Systems, sampling, linear regression, decision trees, SVMs, deep neural networks, human data entry error reduction etc.
·  Experienced in Data Extraction, Cleansing and Manipulation Handle large volume of data. Independently research for variables and work with unstructured data. Predictive Modelling Development of models using appropriate predictive analytics, big data, machine learning and other predictive modelling techniques.
·  Ability to understand concept of data science, NLP, NLG
·  Support all applications development effort involving AI tools
·  Extensive knowledge of integrating API across multiple platforms
·  Leadership of individual work streams associated with process automation
·  Assistance with data conversion and interfacing activities
·  Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides.
·  Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
·  Handle ambiguity and able to move forward with imperfect information and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
·  Must be comfortable working in an environment where ideas are challenged;
·  Should know how to align resources to achieve desired results
·  Good Consulting & Communication Skills
·  Written and spoken English, with confidence to manage escalated issues with senior clients and leadership in a professional manner
·  Technical skill and experience to write and maintain coding standards for either AI/ML liaising with global teams
·  Solution Architecture and Lead Developer Experience:
·  E2E Software Development Lifecycle Experience

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

·  Experienced (in one or more) programming language MATLAB,Apache Spark, R, Python or C# Good to have knowledge of RuleX RDC
·  Work with AI services such as Azure/AWS/Lex/Custom vision
·  Strong Node.js and .Net background
·  Good to have Deep learning software frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch.& MS cognitive kit
·  Experience in Automation tools like Blue Prism/ UiPath /Power Platform/Chatbots is an add on
·  Nice to have working knowledge of Relational Database (MS SQL/ Oracle DB), macros and excel
·  Good business communication skills & client facing skills
·  Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
·  Must have experience in implementing or supporting two end-to-end AI/ML projects
·  Flexibility to work in UK/US shifts as per client/project requirement
·  Flexibility to upscale knowledge and take up roles across Process designing, development, testing, support & enhancement as per client need

·  Proven track record at managing multiple projects in fast paced cross-functional team environment.

Job Requirements:

Education & Expirience:

·  Staff - BE/BTech/MCA (must) or above with an industry experience of 2-6 years.
·  Senior - BE/BTech/MCA (must) or above with an industry experience of 6+ years.
·  Candidate should be involved in at least two end-to-end solution implementations.
·  Certification Requirements in atleast one: AI/ML, Python, Custom Vision, Lex,  Power Platform, MATLAB, BigML, Apache Spark, RuleX RDC
